Senator Beason has proposed a bill which will prohibit any person, employer, or health care provider from being compelled to participate in any health care system.

Health care legislation passes in the Senate
If you are on this site, there should be no doubt about where the Alabama Republican Liberty Caucus stands on the issue. Congrats are due to both of Alabama’s Senators for their votes against this massive expansion of government and encroachment of individual and state’s rights.
This should also serve as a reminder to any politician in Alabama embracing big-government ideas: libertarians, conservatives and Tea Party folks don’t plan to let up on the pressure until we restore our country, as well as our congressional delegation, back to its constitutional roots.
